Hotels and art: two complementary worlds.
Changing art exhibitions have been gracing the lobby of the Westin Grand München regularly since 2005. Dedicating itself to photographic art, the luxury hotel in the Arabella Park will be regularly presenting impressive works by well-known photographers in collaboration with Mark Robinow, Artist Representation, Galerie Bernheimer Fine Art or Galerie Reygers in Munich, among others.
Roger Fritz, Hans Engels, Walter Kober, Theresa Bernheimer, Michael von Hassel, Michael Poliza: these are just a few of the well-known, popular contemporary photographers whose impressive and moving works have already been presented in the art wing of the Westin Grand München.
Whether striking black-and-white impressions, evocative wildlife motifs or vibrantly coloured works: looking at pictures is a very pleasant way for guests and visitors to while away any waiting times. With this feature, the hotel brings value-added to its international clientele – enhancing relaxation, wellbeing and regeneration.

Title: "un hommage à la passion"
Artist: Andreas Ortner
For the Munich-Star photographer Andreas Ortner photography is not only a craft but an expressive and modern medium of contemporary art. At his first vernissage he introduces sensual and passionate works that go over his ideas of representational photography.
