Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Check Cashing
Policy No personal checks are accepted.

Transportation Policy
As of October 1, 2008, the Munich city center has been established as a low emission zone and can only be accessed by cars displaying environmental badges on the front of the car. By law, cars not displaying this badge may be fined. High-emission vehicles are no longer allowed to drive in the city center. The hotel is outside the Environmental Zone (Green Zone). Every vehicle entering an Environmental Zone - no matter whether registered in Germany or another country - now needs to display an Environmental Badge. Foreign visitors can now obtain environmental badges for their cars and trucks online.

Extra Bedding
Policy Extra beds are available on request for a daily fee. Please contact the hotel directly for your extra bed request.

A baby cot is available for free by request in every room category the Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our crib. Guest must bring their own. Please request the baby cot in the Special Request section when booking your reservation.

Family Plan
Policy Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Gift Certificate Acceptance
In order to redeem a gift certificate, please send a copy of the gift certificate to muenchen.reservation@westin.com or fax it to +49 (0)89 93001 6837.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed in guest rooms; however they are not allowed in dining areas. Restrictions and deposit may apply. Please contact the hotel for further information.
